Baked Feta Pasta
What
- cherry tomatoes
- optional black olives
- garlic
- sheep or goat feta. must have high fat content, cow based won’t get creamy
- olive oil
- birdseye chili
- pepper
- fresh basil
- dried pasta
How
- Put cherry tomatoes, black olives and garlic into an oven-safe dish, feta goes in the middle. Olive oil over everything
- No salt yet. Pepper to taste, chili flake the cheese
- 45 minutes in the oven
- Cook dried pasta. When al dente, take out the cheese from the oven and transfer over the pasta
- Mix until creamy, add roughly chopped basil
