Zucchini Pasta

What

Best in a wide but not too shallow pan - something able to hold all the pasta too.

How

  1. Start the alliums on olive oil
  2. Add anchovies and chili flakes
  3. Add zucchini, salt and pepper. Melt it
  4. Cook the pasta al dente
  5. Add pasta to the pot with some pasta water and grated cheese
  6. Lemon to finish
